Our client is a large Education Trust that by working closely together with their academies are able to create a sustainable model of education for all students. This is the result of co-development, idea sharing, continuous support and the flexible deployment of teachers, leaders and support staff for the collective benefit of all schools and all pupils.
With their current systems the Trust found the following challenging:
• Inability to administer 16 locations, all of which had different phone systems with limited remote access, leading to frustrating delays in change management.
• A complicated billing model with multi-vendor interaction making central financial management difficult was in place.
• Schools were operating off obsolete / unsupported or expensive maintained products often with limited functionality.
• During the pandemic the need to communicate between staff and pupils become ever more challenging.

• TIC provided a single billing platform, still allowing schools where required to have individual cost information, with centralised visibility including a subscriber-based user model for ease of rapid scalability up and down to allow for low usage periods in school holidays.
• Our cloud-based platforms allowed flexibility of feature set dependent on requirements without the need for expensive on-site hardware to maintain.
• The applications supported included solutions for migrational teaching staff, supporting their location via mobile applications, and further safeguarding facilities made the whole comms.
